Reading Counts Program

What is the Reading Counts Program?

Reading Counts is a Scholastic computer program that allows students to take computer quizzes on books they have read, and then instantly see their scores. Many teachers use it as part of their curriculum to track reading progress with instantly generated reports. Students are also able to check their own progress!

There are over 69,000 quizzes, which means a student can opt to read from a selection of 69,000 books!

Although the Reading Counts program itself can only be accessed on campus, you can search the Reading Counts database from anywhere to check if your book has an associated quiz.
